Let’s face it, most businesses have several systems with all sorts of business critical information.  The problem is usually getting data from System A to be used with System B to make meaningful decisions about what is really happening in the business.  Worse yet, System A has a person or team managing it and System B has a different group with each group working on independent “enhancements” often duplicating efforts.  That simply wastes time, money and effort and in the end, makes managing the business even more complex.  At eFusion Consulting, we work to find those overlaps, work to find sensible integration points - be it technical or manual, and we work to build tools to help teams work together toward the businesses' initiatives.  In the end, we believe that this simplifies the overall process and that makes the business more flexible, adaptive and open to growth and change.

Of course, we have a vast amount of experience with other "out-of-the-box" software applications and solutions. When appropriate, we are very glad to recommend and/or help you evaluate and implement those products.
